UTS and urbs, together with Nordic Solutions are now searching for innovative solution providers in the Nordics to help Ihlas deliver a model development that can bring a transformative change to the City of Istanbul.

Ihlas Yapi, a subsidiary of Ihlas Holding AS (“Ihlas”), is partnering with our partners Urban Systems urbs AB (urbs) and Urban Tech Sweden (UTS) to create a model neighborhood that is sustainable at every level under their Bizim Evler brand. UTS and urbs, together with Nordic Solutions are now searching for innovative solution providers in the Nordics to help Ihlas deliver a model development that can bring a transformative change to the City of Istanbul.

The development is located on the European side of Istanbul within Ispartakule district, with excellent connectivity with train, metro, North Marmara highway and 30 minutes from Istanbul airport. Ispartakule is set to be the new hub of Istanbul with several prestigious developments along with Saglik Kent (Health City) and Kanal Istanbul (Channel Istanbul) under way.

Bizim Evler is a very well-established name within residential development in Istanbul with a solid history on delivering results to all stakeholders.

Ihlas is a leading Turkish Conglomerate with major interests in construction, media, marketing and services. Ilhas has delivered over 20,000 residential units.

Ihlas believes in sustainability and wants to advance the objectives by giving Istanbul market a model development that is in line with the UN Sustainable Development Goal. Agenda 2030 and the Paris agreement with the aim to be Climate Neutral by 2040.
